Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (B2B) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who excels at identifying opportunities, building relationships, and generating qualified leads.

You’ll play an important part in expanding our reach across the Asian market by connecting with potential business partners and clients.

  • Fluency in Chinese or any other Asian language is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and other business networks across Asia.

  • Generate and qualify leads through various online channels and professional directories.

  • Conduct outreach via email, messaging platforms, and phone calls to introduce the company and engage prospects.

  • Schedule and coordinate online meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, logging communication history and lead details.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.

  • Track performance and suggest ways to enhance conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or SDR roles.

  • Proven experience in a B2B environment is preferred.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; familiarity with Chinese or other Asian languages is a plus.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and online communication platforms.

  • Excellent interpersonal and outreach communication abilities.

  • Goal‑driven, organized, and detail‑oriented with the ability to work independently.

  • Open to feedback and committed to career growth in sales or business development.

Technical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.

  • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

  • Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.

  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

  • Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.

  • Must be functional during power interruptions.

  • A functioning webcam.

  • A noise‑canceling USB headset.

  • A quiet, dedicated home office space.

  • Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
